The HAY Center is the one-stop transition center for the greater Houston/Harris County region for all youth and young adults aging out of the foster care system between the ages of 14 through 25. We are the model program providing supportive wraparound services in case management, education, employment, housing, well-being, mentorship to ensure our youth and young adults transition to self-sufficiency. This year we will be opening the HAY Center Campus that will include our wraparound services building and a 50-unit residential building to aid in preventing homelessness when youth are aging out of care.
