Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels is committed to helping seniors remain independent by enhancing their quality of life through services and resources. We aim to ensure that each senior in our community has the nutritional sustenance they need each day to maintain their strength as they age, as well as the support and interaction necessary to combat social isolation – which is often as great a threat to senior independence as inadequate nutrition.
